NES and TVA have contributed an additional $1 million for utility bill assistance to benefit customers who have been financially impacted by COVID-19. NeedLink Nashville manages these funds along with Project Help, a long-standing program that provides temporary energy assistance to customers who are in need.

NES and TVA continue their annual partnership to make $1 million in bill payment assistance available for NES customers. All funds are managed and distributed by NeedLink Nashville.

NES believes that one of the best ways to help our customers is by helping them lower their energy costs. That’s why we have partnered with TVA to bring Home Uplift to our community. The Home Uplift program doesn’t just provide savings on utility bills – it creates changes that improve the quality of life for the residents of the home, making it possible for them to stay in their homes safely, longer. Eligible homes will receive up to $8,000 in energy-saving upgrades such as insulation, duct sealing, low-flow shower heads and more

If you own your home, review the criteria and complete the application for an evaluation of your home. Single-family rental homes are now eligible to participate in Home Uplift. Both the renter and landlord must complete the application.

This long-standing program offered by NES allows NES customers to add a specific dollar amount to their monthly bill payment. All collected funds are managed and distributed by NeedLink Nashville.

Apply today to see if you qualify for any of the programs available via NeedLink Nashville.
